Certification training is available
is used by a PSP team to make decisions about the most appropriate PSP for a family referred to an early intervention program. The worksheet includes prompts to discuss parent and family factors, child factors, environmental factors, and practitioner factors, and align them with the expertise and availability of PSP team members.
