Ms. Hill received her bachelor’s degree in English and French from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC and her master’s degree in Public Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. Ms. Hill has 20 years of experience in providing healthcare to vulnerable populations, including 15 years in management and leadership positions at the local and state level. For eleven years, Ms. Hill served as the Executive Director of two community charitable clinics before assuming leadership of the state organization of charitable clinics. In her role as a Social Research Specialist at FIPP, Ms. Hill uses her extensive experience and expertise in community collaboration, program management, research, and grant writing to further FIPP’s groundbreaking work in early intervention.
